At Hendersonville Movement, we believe pole is for every body. Pole can be athletic, artistic, expressive, playful, empowering, sensual, and strong. It comes from many spaces and traditions, and we respect the many ways people connect to it. Some people come for fitness and skill building. Others come for confidence, creativity, self-expression, community, or the joy of trying something new. Our classes are designed to support people with different goals, backgrounds, comfort levels, and body types. You do not need dance experience, a certain fitness level, or a specific look to begin. We are here to help you build strength, body awareness, and confidence in a space that feels welcoming and supportive.

What to Expect in Class

Classes may include spins, grips, transitions, strength work, mobility, flow, and choreography depending on the style and level. Some classes are more fitness focused. Some are more movement based. Some blend both. Our instructors offer guidance and options so you can grow at your own pace and move in a way that feels good in your body.

Who Can Join?

Anybody with an interest in movement is welcome here. Pole is not reserved for one type of person, one body, or one reason for showing up. We welcome people who come for sport, artistry, confidence, sensuality, self-expression, or curiosity. Hendersonville Movement is here for every body.

Fun, Supportive Community

Pole 1

Perfect for first-timers or those returning to the pole, this class focuses on the essentials—spins, basic climbs, floorwork, and smooth transitions. You’ll build strength, body awareness, and flow in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment designed to help you feel confident and capable from day one.

Pole 2

Designed for those who have been around the pole a few times and feel comfortable with basic grips and spins. You’ll start connecting movements into simple combos, explore beginner climbs, and begin building fluidity and flow.

Pole 3

For upper-intermediate and advanced students ready to challenge themselves. Comfort with pole climbing is required, though inverting isn’t necessary. This class dives deeper into strength-based skills, creative transitions, and more complex sequences while continuing to refine technique and artistry.

Fast-Track Option

If you’d like to progress more quickly, we offer a 5-lesson private series designed to help you build the skills needed to move directly into Pole 2 classes. This option is perfect for those who want more focused attention or a refresher before joining group sessions.

We also offer one-on-one private lessons year-round for students who prefer personalized coaching, flexible scheduling, or extra help mastering specific skills.

Pole Parties

Celebrate with movement! Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, girls’ night out, or just because, pole parties are a fun, empowering, and unforgettable way to bring people together. No experience is needed—your group will learn a personalized routine, take fun photos, and leave glowing with confidence.

Party bookings are available for both small and large groups. Contact us to customize your celebration and make it one-of-a-kind.

Specialty Classes & Workshops
In addition to our leveled pole series, we offer a variety of specialty classes like Slinky Flow, Heels Intro, Choreo, and more — each designed to help you explore different styles, techniques, and creative expressions within pole.

We also host workshops throughout the year featuring guest instructors, themed sessions, and unique training opportunities you won’t find in regular classes.

Be sure to read each class or workshop description carefully for details on what to expect, as skill level, attire, and footwear requirements may vary.
