Class Options

At Hendersonville Movement, our Belly Dance program is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence. We offer two class paths to support both beginners and those ready to explore more:

Foundations

Build a strong base with essential isolations, posture, and footwork. This beginner-friendly class focuses on clean technique and body awareness, giving you the tools you need for confidence and long-term success in your belly dance journey.

Choreography & Flow

Take your skills further by combining foundational moves with rhythm and musicality. Learn how to create fluid, beautiful routines while discovering your own expressive style through choreography, combinations, and performance flow.
